Forest Path

This is a path I know well and love. We all have those paths. I painted this landscape/dreamscape painting from a photo my wife took on one of our trips to the forest. It was spring, and the forest was in full bloom. The canopy was glowing with greens and golds, and the forest path was dappled in sunlight. Were the path lead was not as important as just experiencing the beauty of the day and the forest.
